Periiodontal disease, lupus, b12 deficiency and platelet disorder? - lupus blood disorder
The health and body?
I'm with vitamin B12 deficiency, a disease of platelets and have a positive ANA for SLE (lupus) ... but all other lupus tests negative again - now I see a periodontist for surgery. Mom has lupus and underwent periodontal surgery 10 years ago. I also have joint pain and sleep disorders in general. I forgot to endometriosis also ... Who knows what these things are to be connected? Lupus? My platelet disorder is unknown - my blood does not coagulate, but the blood did not match any known diseases. It's very frustrating ... I wish I had some answers. I looked at professionals and specialists will show all the blood tests - it is very painful for my husband and me. I want to become pregnant later this year, but I do not know until they know more about what is going on with me.
Has anyone suggestions diagnosed?

Positive ANA with a speckled pattern can mean nothing other than lupus. As with pregnancy, perhaps you should see a gynecologist and tell him what is happening may have a different opinion on your symptoms or be able to someone you have not seen reference to. I know how frustrating it can be. It took a year and a half to know that you have lupus. Good luck to you.
