Maximum resolution output for a Pioneer DVR-540H Dvd/Hd recorder..? - hd dvr dvd recorder
I bought a Pioneer DVR-540H / HD DVD recorder and I have a question about your video output.
Until recently I was using an S-video and CRT standard.
I just bought and have an HDTV cable S-video components changed.
If acess the DVD recorder on AV1 channel on TV said that the 576i out.
Could I change the menu of the recorder and at least to progressive scan, but I ask myself if you do not even higher in the resolution of component cables?
I know that my Xbox 360 with a 720p component output cable.
Thank you for your time.

This is a European product only. Chapter 13 of the manual has a section on the video settings you can do to maximize the quality video input and output. The recording resolution is determined by the signal source. This device can not encrypt resolution (which is primarily a hands on process). Scart connection or its components are the best way to connect to TV with the elements at the edges of the SCART connector.
Since no HD-DVD or Blu-ray recorders are still available. The best resolution was obtained from a progressive mode.
